Danielle Henke, RN, BSN
Graduated from Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. Danielle has previously worked at local community hospitals, as well as Barnes-Jewish Hospital on the trauma floor. She has worked over 15 years in the field of nursing and is excited to start her new journey within the field of addiction. Recently Danielle has taken a few years off from nursing to raise her family. She is dedicated to creating an environment of safety for all clients and families within the ATS program. In addition, she is passionate about educating clientele about the impact that substance use has on individuals as well as families. With her nursing background, she is able to explain how underlying circumstances can contribute to the development of addiction.
Danielle upholds case management responsibilities by working daily with each patient from intake procedures to guiding them through the entire treatment process. She develops weekly and long-term individual treatment plans and continually monitors progress.
Danielle coordinates medical intervention and conducts weekly psychotherapy groups. Additionally, she provides family counseling and crisis intervention.
